Capital City Golf Course is an 18 hole course with driving range and clubhouse. It is located at the south end of Lacey just south of Yelm Highway. Capital City as a neighborhood city began in the late 70’s while most of the homes for sale here were built in the late 70’s through the 80’s. Most are one story and most have a view of the golf course. Capital City Golf Course is open year-round and lot size varies somewhat but usually a bit less than a quarter acre. The largest park is Horizon Pointe Park although this is not located in the Capital City neighborhood. The Amtrak train station is also a short walking distance away.
