The community of Delphi is located primarily south of Highway 101 and west of I-5 and Black Lake. The easiest way to get to the Delphi community is off Highway 101, take the Mud Bay Rd exit and head south on Delphi Rd. Homes for sale here are generally newer than the state average, and almost all come with large lots or acreage. Delphi Golf Course is located in the middle of the community and is a 9 hole course.
