Hillsdale is a community of about 7,000 people in southern Tacoma. The average single family home for sale here is 3-4 bedrooms in older neighborhoods, built between the 1940-60's. Hillsdale is north of Lakewood, Midland, Parkland, and Spanaway, and north of downtown/Port of Tacoma and is densely populated. It is about 10 miles north of Joint Base Lewis-McChord and just minutes from I-5 which makes for an easy commute.
