The Community of Ken Lake is located just southwest of the Hwy 101 and Black Lake Blvd exit. It is a small community with a few hundred homes all surrounding Ken Lake. The neighborhood features quick access to West Olympia and all the retail and commercial areas it has to offer. Most homes for sale have decent sized backyards with mature evergreen trees.
