Manitou is a suburban neighborhood in southern Tacoma. Homes for sale here are mostly single family residences built between 1970-1990's, but new construction may be on the rise. The community is bordered by Lakewood Dr. to the west, S. Tacoma Way to the east, S. 56th St. to the north, Mt. Tahoma High School and the city of Lakewood to the south.
