The Meadows was built in the 1980’s to early 1990’s. The neighborhood has decent yard sizes with a lot of open grass. The majority of homes for sale here are one-story floorplans. The smaller homes towards the north entrance of the neighborhood are actually zero lot line homes and not considered condos.The Meadows Elementary school is in the middle of the neighborhood. This community is just a few minutes away from Hawks Prairie, Meridian Campus, and Lacey. Residents wishing to go North on I-5 would be best served using exit 114 (Nisqually) and Southbound exit 111 (Marvin Rd). The south entrance to the neighborhood merges onto State Route 510, about a 10 minute drive east to Yelm.
