Tacoma's Stadium District in the North End consists largely of condos and well-established to historical single family homes for sale. This neighborhood, which proudly features over 70 mostly family-owned businesses, borders Stadium Way, N. 4th St., S 2nd St, and Wright Park. It was named for the landmark Stadium High School, seen in the Hollywood blockbuster "Ten Things I Hate About You", which was originally built to be a waterfront hotel. There are many drug stores, gift shops, and restaurants in the district, many of which have been a staple of the community for years.
