Thomas Springs Estates is a planned neighborhood between southeast Spanaway and north Graham. Homes for sale in Thomas Springs are large, often 3-4 bedroom single family houses built in the late 1990's. This neighborhood is convenient to several Bethel District schools, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), South Hill Mall, and Puyallup's Washington State Fair.
