Gem Heights

Gem Heights is a large residential area featuring many smaller neighborhoods and gated communities such as Lyndhurst, Claridge Park, Devoreaux, Villages at Gem Heights, and more. Homes for sale in these neighborhoods were mostly built during the 1980-2000's and come in a wide range of exterior styles and floorplans. Gem Heights is known for its convenience to shopping centers and Puyallup schools. It is part of the South Hill community south of Puyallup near Frederickson and north Graham, just west of the Puyallup River.
