The Madrona Park neighborhood is located between State Route 510 and Steilacoom Rd SE, connected by Chatham Dr which splits the neighborhood in half. Madrona Park is close to Hawks Prairie, Lacey, the Regional Athletic Complex and "Mushroom Corner." A majority of the homes for sale here were built by Caddis Construction in the early to mid 2000’s.
